Tony's little show with Kenzi and Thor over Loki was overheard.  By Clint.  Clint's not one to let things go, though.  Coulson checks in on Tony too...mostly to try and protect Clint from stabbing Banner.  Tony gives his two weeks notice because he's tired of being with the Avengers.  Time to strike it out on his own!

Tony wants help with his new AI.  There are lots of volunteers.  Including Loki disguised as a woman (whom he promptly sleeps with despite all signs pointing to danger, an anti-time lord that wins the voice contest and Steve Fucking Rogers.  Steve and Tony decide to join the police force and the Recovery Team and report back later.
